This construction features a 3.5 mil matte clear calendered vinyl face coated with 1 mil of permanent acrylic adhesive and finished with a 7 mil air egress release liner for easier installation. The result is a clear film that bonds strongly to low surface energy (LSE) plastics, powder-coated finishes and other hard-to-stick substrates, while allowing the underlying color or surface to show through.

Engineered as a weatherable solution, Jessup TenaciousTac CLR 1CRAE high-tack clear vinyl is rated for up to five years of outdoor performance when properly applied. • Application temperature: Apply at temperatures above 7 °F, with best performance at typical shop or room temperatures.
• Printing: Use profiles appropriate for eco-solvent, solvent, latex or UV-curable inks. Let prints fully dry and outgas prior to cutting and installation.
• Installation: Position the graphic and apply firm, even pressure with a squeegee or roller. The air egress liner is designed to release trapped air and minimize bubbles during application.
• Bond build and service: Adhesion increases over the first 24 hours and beyond. Avoid aggressive scrubbing or abrasion during this initial cure period.
